Saulog & De Leon Law Offices' lawyers have played an integral role in many of its Makati City-based clients' business transactions as the city has emerged as the premier business district in Metro Manila. To reinforce its commitment to its Makati-based clients, Saulog & De Leon Law Offices transferred to a larger office in the heart of the esteemed Makati Central Business District (CBD) in 2010.
In 2013, Atty. Reynaldo A. San Gabriel, a long-time associate, was appointed as Junior Partner.

HISTORY
Saulog & De Leon Law Offices was established in Makati City in 1993 by Atty. Alejandro B. Saulog, Jr. and Atty. Dennis C. De Leon. Following the unfortunate passing of Atty. De Leon, Atty. Helen C. De Leon-Manzano joined the firm as a new partner. Despite this change, the founders decided to maintain the firm's name and refocused their efforts on establishing distinct core practice areas. This pivotal moment in the firm's history created a shared vision that continues to define Saulog & De Leon Law Offices today.
The firm now offers comprehensive legal services in eight key areas of practice: Corporate law, Joint Ventures, and Banking; Taxation; Dispute Resolution and Litigation; Labor and Employment; Family Law, Wills, and Estate Planning; Maritime and Admiralty; and Intellectual Property Protection.
